Much has been made in recent years about "100% grass-fed & finished beef", and with good reason.

In short, 100% grass-fed beef is leaner, more flavorful, and much higher in nutrients and healthy-fats than supermarket beef.

Don't be fooled by farmers who claim "Oh yes, our beef is grass-fed" but who then add a little grain on the side "just to finish them".

No, in order to get all the health and flavor benefits of grass-fed beef, you must ensure that the animals have only eaten grass and nothing else.

And, while grain-fed animals can grow more than TWICE as fast as those that are 100% grass-fed, it's at great cost to the health of the animals, the health of the planet, and the health of people.

It takes about 2 years longer to grow our animals, but it's worth it. We know that our animals are healthy, our land is healthy, and the meat we produce is healthy.
